This July 4th, I decided to leave the barbecue OFF! Why settle for the same old grilled hot dogs and cheeseburgers when you can do something fun and exciting! Like go to a restaurant!
So, when the handful of people arrived at my “Backyard Barbecue Bonanza!” I sprung the surprise on them! We’re not staying here, we’re going to Hooters!
First of all, buy 10 wings get 10 free?! You can’t pass up a deal, like that. 10 wings are only $11.90 before tax and tip! And then there’s the obvious, it’s Hooters! And we all know what that means, Bud Lite on tap, big screen TV’s and high stools at wooden tables!! MUCH better than that hot, buggy weather in the public area of my apartment complex!
Unfortunately, only two of my work buddies, Abhijit and Raghav, came with me. It turned out to be okay, except that the uniforms of the waitress’ made us all very uncomfortable so we left before getting our ten free wings.
